Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within Canada and the United States. If you’re located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at info@iyushnaturals.com, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended — we’ll notify you if delays are expected.

  • Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via ground/surface delivery by default. If you require expedited shipping or a specific courier service, please reach out before placing your order. Additional charges may apply based on your preferences.

Please note that currently our carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. To avoid delays, we kindly ask customers to provide a physical delivery address at checkout.

  • Shipping Fees

Free Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $71 CAD (before taxes and discounts).

Orders below this threshold will be charged a flat rate of $10 CAD.

International orders (outside Canada) may incur custom shipping fees calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on weight, location, and tracking requirements.

  • Tracking Information

All Canadian orders include tracking by default.

U.S. or other international shipments may require additional fees for tracking, depending on destination and service level.

Tracking details will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.

  • Responsibility & Risk

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer. We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages after confirmed delivery

  • Packages returned due to missed delivery or failure to collect

  • Damages occurring during transit (please contact the shipping carrier directly)

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

  • Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to carrier schedules, weather disruptions, or customs processing (for international orders). If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us at (info@iyushnaturals.com) and we will assist in investigating the issue.

  • Local Pickup Orders

Customers choosing Local Pickup should place their order online and write “PICK UP” in the order comments at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready, along with the pickup location details.

Orders can be collected on weekdays between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM.

  • Incorrect or Lost Goods

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right and use your feedback as an opportunity to improve.

Email us at info@iyushnaturals.com with photos and a brief description of the issue

Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may void our ability to offer a replacement or refund.
