Frequently Asked Questions

Our soaps last 2-3 weeks on average with daily use. The longevity differs based on a variety of factors — the amount of lather, the amount of body hair, the frequency of use, and the water type, etc. If you’re looking to extend the life of your soap, we recommend the following methods:

    1. It’s best to store your soap in a place that will allow it to dry out between uses.

   2. After showering, give your bar a little shake before storing it away it will remove excess water droplets.

We strictly adhere to ancestral Ayurvedic extraction and fabrication processes. However, our soap bars are exclusively vegan.

No soap on the planet Earth is organic because approximately 20% of all soap is caustic, otherwise known as lye. Specifically, in bar soap the caustic is sodium hydroxide, these caustics are inorganic compounds. As per the FDA and most world bodies governing food and topical products, more than 95% of a product’s ingredients must be organic for the product to be marketed as organic, hence it is impossible for any soap to ever be legally advertised as being organic. In our Soaps no lye left in the final product.

We strongly advocate for complete transparency and integrity in disclosing our products and ingredients. We ensure the ingredients we use are as authentic and natural as possible and we procured from ethically and sustainably appropriate sources. On our product pages, you will find a clear and detailed listing of all the ingredients used in our products.

Absolutely not, never. Our products are cruelty-free which means that in addition to not testing on animals in our process, none of our suppliers test on animals either.

Our soap bars are generally safe and gentle enough for children, but we always recommend checking the ingredient list and conducting a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use, especially for young children or individuals with sensitive skin.
